Here is another version of our delicious layered cream tarts. This one is shaped like a cross that measures 12" from top to bottom and 6" from side to side. It is made up of 3 layers of almond sweet dough, 3 layers of Bavarian cream and then topped off with fresh fruit and fresh flowers. It will feed 10-12 people depending on size of slices.
